For the Wings

  • 1 kg chicken wings (cleaned & trimmed)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 2 tbsp cornflour (for crispiness)
