Jambalaya Noodles
Ingredients

200 g noodles (egg noodles or spaghetti work well)

1 tbsp oil or butter

1 small onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tomato, chopped (or ½ cup canned tomatoes)

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried oregano or thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp ketchup (optional, for richness)

Spring onions or parsley for garnish

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add soy sauce and ketchup; cook until slightly saucy.

500 g chicken wings

1 tbsp oil

1½ tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

¼ cup BBQ sauce
Method

Preheat oven to 200°C (or use an air fryer).

Toss wings with oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 35–40 minutes (or air-fry 20–25 minutes), turning once.

Brush wings with BBQ sauce and bake 5 more minutes until sticky and glazed.
