 Gingerbread Loaf Cake - Celebrate this Christmas

Soft, moist, and spiced, this Gingerbread Loaf Cake is a perfect festive treat for Christmas. Easy to bake and delicious with tea or coffee.


Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups flour

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients separately.

  3. Combine, pour into loaf tin.

  4. Bake at 170°C for 40–45 mins.

Tips:

  • Drizzle icing on top for festive look.
