For stuffing

Mozzarella or cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes or sticks)
For coating

1 egg (beaten) OR 3 tbsp milk (eggless option)

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Oil for deep frying or shallow frying

Step 1: Prepare the potato base

Boil potatoes until soft.
