Indulge in our Bacon Jam Smash Burger, the ultimate gourmet burger. Each patty has a crispy edge and juicy center and is smashed on a hot griddle to seal in all the savory flavors. The star: our sweet and smoky bacon jam that adds layer upon layer of rich caramelized flavor balancing out the beef.
Melted cheese blankets the patty, making every bite creamy and decadent. Fresh greens, like crisp lettuce or peppery arugula, cut through with brightness and balance, while a soft, buttery brioche bun holds everything together with a hint of sweetness.
Each bite is a perfect harmony of textures and tastes: the crunch of the patty's seared edges, the smooth richness of cheese, the savory-sweet punch of bacon jam, and freshness from the greens. This burger is elevated comfort food, indulgent yet approachable, and easy to make at home for a restaurant-quality experience.
Pair it with golden fries, sweet potato wedges, or a craft soda for an indulgent treat. This combination is perfect for casual gatherings or for those Instagram-worthy meals when you want that gourmet burger experience in the comfort of your kitchen.
