Addictive Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread

A buttery garlic bread base, smothered in creamy Alfredo chicken and topped with gooey melted cheese. Perfectly baked for an irresistible, crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal.


📝 Ingredients

(Serves 4–6)

For the Alfredo Chicken:

2 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken (rotisserie works great!)
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Garlic Bread:

1 large loaf of French bread (or ciabatta/baguette)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Alfredo Chicken:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stir until melted and smooth.

  5. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.

2️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

  3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves.

  4. Top each half with a generous amount of the Alfredo chicken mixture.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

3️⃣ Bake & Serve:

  1. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  3. For an extra golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes.
