This BBQ Cheeseburger Deluxe is the ultimate combination of smoky, tangy, and cheesy goodness. Juicy beef, melted cheddar, crispy pickles, fresh lettuce, and a rich BBQ sauce all come together on a toasted sesame bun for a mouthwatering bite.

Ingredients:

For the Patty:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

For the Toppings:

4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup pickles (sliced)
1/2 cup fresh lettuce (crisp romaine or iceberg)
1/4 cup caramelized onions (optional)

For the Bun:

  • 4 sesame seed burger buns

  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Patties:

    • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

    • Divide into four equal portions and shape into patties slightly larger than the buns.

  2. Cook the Patties:

    • Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
