Pineapple Ginger Zing Recipe
A refreshing, slightly spicy, and tangy drink perfect for cooling down on a hot day!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple juice (or blended fresh pineapple)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated or finely minced)
- ½ cup club soda (or sparkling water)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Pineapple slices & mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:

- If using fresh pineapple, blend pineapple chunks with a little water and strain to remove pulp.
- If using store-bought juice, make sure it's 100% pineapple juice for the best flavor.

- Add the grated ginger to the pineapple juice and stir well.
- Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to infuse (you can strain it if you prefer a smoother drink).

- In a serving glass, add ice cubes.
- Pour the pineapple-ginger juice over the ice.
- Add lemon juice and stir gently.

- Pour in the club soda or sparkling water.
- Stir lightly to combine.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and fresh mint leaves.
