Ingredients:

2 large tortillas (flour works best)

2 eggs, scrambled

½ cup cooked sausage or crispy bacon, chopped

¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)

2 tbsp salsa (optional, for extra flavor)

1 tbsp butter or oil (for cooking eggs)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Eggs & Meat:

Heat a pan over the campfire or portable stove.

Melt butter and scramble eggs until soft and fluffy.

Warm up the cooked bacon or sausage in the same pan.

2️⃣ Assemble the Burritos:

Lay the tortillas flat and evenly distribute the eggs, meat, and cheese.

Add a spoonful of salsa for extra flavor.

3️⃣ Wrap & Prepare for Cooking:

Fold the sides of each tortilla in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.

Wrap each burrito in aluminum foil to keep everything together.

4️⃣ Cook Over the Campfire:

Heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until warm and slightly crispy.
