- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup water
- ½ lb ground beef or mutton
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Mix flour and water to make a firm dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough into small circles and place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center.
- Fold and pinch the edges to form dumplings.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
